Clementine is an interesting personal growth and wellbeing app designed for a female audience, whose goal is for its users to find better peace of mind and solve different problems that they mention when first using the app.

When you first use Clementine, you can indicate what kind of problem is bothering you in your day-to-day that you want to fix. So, you can put whether your goal is to focus on getting better sleep, improving your self-esteem, your daily stress levels or your anxiety. Depending on what kind of problem you want to work on, you will receive personalized content in the app.

Once you open the app, you will see various sections that you can easily browse in the menu at the bottom of the screen. From the home menu, you can see a daily summary of content that might interest you; a general view of a selection of topics. From the Courses section, you can access different courses that will help you to improve our problem. These courses include several podcasts, spaces for reflection where you can write and draw, a place to create notes for yourself, and so on.

There is also the Mantras section, where you can access a selection of affirmations to help you consolidate and focus on your desires and thoughts. Here, you can create notifications with these mantras, setting them up however you like, so they appear at different times of the day. There are also meditation or reflection sessions to help you resolve different situations and, finally, you can find a lot more general content in the Explore section.

Clementine is a good app for improving your most personal problems from different approaches and with different techniques. What's more, the app's design is absolutely incredible, which is perhaps one of its strongest points.
